One of the business segments in the transportation industry is Driver Staffing. Most of the negative stigma surrounding the industry is partially due to not fully understanding its benefits to a trucking company. Like every industry, there are a few bad apples. I have worked both sides of the fence, so to speak, and my goal is to be that link or liaison between the staffing and transportation companies.

As an independent contractor with the driver staffing companies to help promote their services, I know that each operates differently and has strengths and weaknesses within the industry. It's my position to help the trucking company by educating them and ensuring that they are aligned with the company that will be the most resourceful for their needs. If one company fails, I will find another that will not. My commitment is to the trucking companies to ensure that the staffing companies are living up to their services. If the staffing company is not successful in helping you, we also fail. For those who know me, I have no problems sharing the good, the bad, and the ugly because no one likes surprises.
